The Midwest Irish Wolfhound Associations sixteenth annual specialty match was held on May 20, 2000 at the home of Lynn and Judy Simon, Maple Plain, MN. The weather was perfect, the quality of the entry was excellent, and all enjoyed the match. The judge was Mats Hansson, Greystone IW's Sweden. The sweepstakes judge was Laurie Morris, Brimstone IW's Minnesota, USA. The total entry was 137 with 94 individual dogs.
